WATER FITNESS

It is an innovative method for toning the entire muscle apparatus due to the combined effects of reduced gravity, to the increased resistance to movement in thermal water, to the particular water temperature during the exercise.

It consists of a warming up phase, a phase of aerobic exercises to music swing and a final cool down phase and stretching.
