FANGO & THERMAL BATH, RELAXING (VATA) (30 min)

The rite of the oriental fango “vata” is a special treatment that is personalized with the use of oils and healing Ayurvedic essences. Start with the "oiling" that precedes the fango therapy wrap.

The Vata oil is used to obtain an anti-stress effect and is composed of sweet orange, ylang-ylang sandalwood, rose, sunflower and sesame.

Follows the application of lukewarm fango at the temperature prescribed by the doctor. After a refreshing shower the ritual continues with the thermal bath that uses spring water salt-bromine-iodine and healing essence previously used as an oil. The result of this treatment is a complete multi-sensory stimulation caused by the aromatherapy thank to the fragrances of essences, to the chromatic effect given by the relaxing colours of the environment, to a feeling of peace induced by music therapy.

After the thermal bath is essential an appropriate period of rest during which the ritual is completed by slowly sipping an herb tea having a relaxing herbal base.
