SHIRODARA (55 min)

The shirodara is a face-head massage with oiling of the 6th chakra. This treatment involves a steady and regular flow of lukewarm sesame oil medicated with specific essences that strains  on the forehead by making an undulating movement which promotes deep relaxation.
