TIBETAN BELLS (55 min)

The Tibetan bells are ancient objects rather difficult to find. They are used in monasteries to reproduce the original OM sound. They create an energy bubble around the person receiving the treatment. They are similar in bowls and are forged with an alloy of 7 metals, each one of them corresponds symbolically to a planet:
Gold - Sun
Silver - Moon
Mercury - Mercury
Copper - Venus
Iron - Mars
Tin - Jupiter
Lead – Saturn

They are equipped with an harmony of shapes and proportions that allow, "playing them" to obtain a sound that draws from their frequency of vibration. Positioned towards the different chakras, they balance and harmonise the possible decomposition of the energetic points. They induce deep relaxation and promote the access to the inner dimension of our body. One plays them by sliding the appropriate wooden clapper along the outer edge.
